Job Overview
As a Statistical Programmer II you will independently develop and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets and Tables, Listings and Figures (TLFs) for clinical studies, working closely with biostatisticians and sponsor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC standards
- Program and QC TLFs as per SAP and mock shells
- Perform independent double programming and resolve discrepancies
- Create and review dataset specifications, Define-XML and reviewer guides
- Support interim analyses, DSMB outputs and submission deliverables
- Communicate status and issues clearly to the lead programmer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences or a related field
- 4–7 years of statistical programming experience in a CRO or pharma environment
- Strong Base SAS, SAS Macros, PROC SQL and ODS skills
- Hands-on experience with SDTM and ADaM implementation guides
- Good understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP
Good to have
- Working knowledge of R (tidyverse, admiral) for clinical outputs
- Experience with Pinnacle 21 validation reports
- Oncology or CNS study experience
