Job Overview
Join the team behind our AI-driven TLF validation tool. You will build and improve automation that checks clinical tables, listings and figures for accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python modules for automated TLF validation
- Parse RTF, PDF and dataset outputs and compare them with shells and ADaM data
- Build rules and machine learning components that detect formatting and consistency issues
- Write tests, documentation and audit-trail logging for validated use
- Work with statistical programmers to turn manual QC checks into automated ones
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 3–6 years of Python development experience
- Experience with pandas, document parsing and test automation
- Understanding of software validation and version control (Git)
Good to have
- Exposure to clinical trial data, CDISC or SAS outputs
- Experience with NLP or LLM-based tools
